A:

Do labor cooperatives need to provide insurance for their employed members?
A:
  1. According to labor insurance, it is on-the-job insurance and is based on the employment relationship. According to regulations, employees who employ more than 5 people.Employees of cooperative enterprises shall participate in labor insurance with their employer as the insured unit.
  2. If a cooperative member is employed by the cooperative and is subject to the management and supervision of the cooperative to perform work and receive wages, etc., and has a substantial employment relationship, the cooperative shall apply for additional insurance for the member in accordance with regulations.

A:

Can the insured claim for injury or illness benefits when the insured is hospitalized for less than 4 days due to common injuries or illnesses, or only receives outpatient treatment, or is recuperating at home after being discharged?
A: The insured suffers ordinary injuries or diseases and must be hospitalized for more than 4 days. If the insured does not receive the original salary from the 4th day of hospitalization, he or she can apply for injury or illness benefits until the date of discharge. However, you cannot claim it when you have been hospitalized for less than 4 days or only received outpatient treatment, or while you are recuperating at home after being discharged.
