Subsidiary Legislation to Hong Kong New Companies Ordinance

For the implementation of the new Companies Ordinance (the new CO?(Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Laws), the following subsidiary legislation has been made to provide for the relevant administrative, technical and procedural matters. The subsidiary legislation will be brought into operation together with the new Companies Ordinance on 3 March 2014.
