Q: |
If I am a foreign director of a Singapore Company, can I register for a CorpPass account on behalf of the company on my own? |
|
A: |
Unfortunately, it is not possible. Currently, only the local Registered Officer(s) or appointed persons who hold a SingPass account can register for a CorpPass account on behalf of the entity and appointed as a CorpPass Administrator. You may engage the local director or secretary to register a CorpPass account on behalf of the entity. However, the CorpPass Administrator can create a CorpPass User account for the foreign director who does not hold a SingPass account for them to transact with Government agencies on behalf of the entity. |
