Proof of Remote Work
(1)

Digital freelancers and Independent Contractors: Must provide a valid project contract with a duration of at least 3 months (combination of contracts from multiple companies will also be accepted). Clients may be based in Malaysia or overseas.

Remote A foreign employment contract with a minimum term of 3 months is required. The employer must not be a Malaysian company.

Visa Duration and Dependents Inclusion
Qualified Applicants can:
✔ Obtain a Malaysia Digital Nomad Visa for 3 to 12 months.
✔ Renewable for another 12 months (maximum stay up to 2 years)
✔ Eligible dependents include spouse, children, and parents
