A: If there is no objection or the objection is not valid upon the expiration of the announcement period, the company registration authority shall, within ten working days, prepare a written decision on compulsory cancellation of registration and serve it in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China.

Q: What should a company that has been forcibly deregistered do if it cannot receive the compulsory cancellation registration decision?
A: If a company that is proposed to be forcibly deregistered is included in the Directory of Enterprises with Abnormal Operation due to unreachable contact through its registered residence or business premises, the company registration authority may serve the notice through the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System. The notice shall be deemed served after thirty days from the date of issuance.

A: After the company registration authority makes a decision to compulsorily cancellation registration, it shall make a special annotation on the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System and publicize it to the public.

A: If a company that has been compulsorily deregistered fails to return or is unable to return its business license, the company registration authority shall announce through the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System that the business license is invalid.
