Measures to Facilitate HK and Macao Residents in Shenzhen
Recently, Shenzhen Municipality has announced a series of measures to further facilitate the development of Hong Kong and Macao residents in Shenzhen (hereinafter referred to as the Measures). The Measures consists of 18 policies that aim to facilitate the study, employment, entrepreneurship and life of Hong Kong and Macao residents in Shenzhen.
Hong Kong and Macao residents are given the equal treatment of Shenzhen registered residents by 4 policies, which include:

Further support Hong Kong and Macao students to have internship and employment in Shenzhen (Article 7);

Further support Hong Kong and Macao youth to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship activities in Shenzhen (Article 11);

Provide public transport concessions for Hong Kong and Macao residents coming to Shenzhen (Article 16);

Further promote social security cooperation between Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macao (Article 17).
Besides, Hong Kong and Macao residents are given the equal treatment of Shenzhen non-registered residents by 2 policies, which include:

Further facilitate the compulsory education of Hong Kong and Macao students (Article 2);

Further implement the policy of residence permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents (Article 14).
In addition, Hong Kong and Macao residents are given the treatment slightly better than Shenzhen registered residents by 7 policies, which include:

Further strengthen the support of scholarship and grants for Hong Kong and Macao students in colleges and universities (Article 3);

Further optimize the policy for Hong Kong and Macao talents (Article 9);

Entrepreneurship subsidy policy to cover Hong Kong and Macao Youth in Shenzhen (Article 10);

Construction of high-quality Hong Kong and Macao Youth Innovation and entrepreneurship base (Article 12);

Set up Hong Kong and Macao youth entrepreneurship guidance fund in Shenzhen (Article 13);

Further improve the housing security policy for talents from Hong Kong and Macao (Article 15);

Establishing a comprehensive service platform for Hong Kong and Macao residents to develop in Shenzhen (Article 18).
