Q: Do the commodity required to declare to government about the labeling before selling?
A: No, there is a requirement to declare. The sellers should comply with the prescriptions to label before selling.

Q: Does the manufacturer’s address on the product label need to be the company’s registered address?
A: It is not mandatory to use the registered company address. The label can also display the company’s mailing address or the business location address.

Q: Do the products need to comply with the “Commodity Labeling Act” when being imported or inspected?
A: Products must comply with the “Commodity Labeling Act” when they are circulated, displayed, and sold in the market. However, inspections are governed by the “Commodity Inspection Act”.
