Germany Limited Liability Company Incorporation – Pre- & Post-Incorporation (a) Performing name availability search; (b) Preparation of the business project; (c) Preparation of the Articles of Incorporation and other relevant documents; (d) Arrange to submit relevant documents to the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce for evaluation of the Company's business scope; (e) Handle the witness signing procedures at the Germany notary office; (f) Pay official registration fee to German Chamber of Commerce and Industry; (g) Preparation of the resolution of the first general meeting; and (h) Registration service fee for the Germany Company. |

Opening Corporate Bank Account Prior to Incorporation, the investor(s) must open a bank account to remit capital and the directors must visit Germany for bank account opening. |

Handling for Taxation Registration After completed the registration procedures with the Germany notary office and the court in Germany, the German Company must apply for taxation registration at the Federal Tax Office. This package included the Value-added Tax registration service. |
