The purpose of the trip is to enter the United States temporarily for business, pleasure or medical treatment; |

The applicant plans to remain in the United States for a specific, limited time period; |

The applicant’s employer meets certain qualification (where applicable); |

Evidence of funds to cover expenses in the United States; |
(5) |
The applicant has a residence outside the United States as well as social and economic ties that will ensure his/her departure from the United States at the end of the visit. |

Passport biographic page (your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your period of stay in the United States). Each individual who needs a visa must submit a separate application, including any family members listed in your passport; |

Nonimmigrant Visa Application, Form DS-160 confirmation page; |

Application fee payment receipt; |

Photograph meeting the USCIS Photograph Requirements (if the photo upload fails during the DS-160 application, you must bring one printed photo in the format explained in the Photograph Requirements); |

Intent to depart the United States after the trip; |

Ability to pay all costs of the trip; |

USCIS reserves the right to demand further documents from the applicant or employing company as and when necessary. All submitted documents must be either in English or translated into English by a certified translation body. |
