Recently, Shenzhen Administration Bureau for Market Regulation of Guangdong Province (GD) had signed a mutual recognition agreement on food business licensing with Guangzhou Administration Bureau for Market Regulation and Zhongshan Administration Bureau for Market Regulation respectively and issued a notice accordingly. According to the notice, food business enterprises in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Zhongshan may apply for food business licensing and obtain qualification in either Shenzhen or Guangzhou / Shenzhen or Zhongshan and then operate in another city. The first batch of mutual recognition items among the above three cities are as follows:

1. Shenzhen and Guangzhou
   
   

   (1)	Central Kitchen Distribution Qualification Food distributors which have a central kitchen and obtained the corresponding qualification in either Shenzhen or Guangzhou may distribute food to catering stores in either city without having to apply for a food distribution qualification from the other city.
   (2)	Vending Equipment Qualification Enterprises that use vending equipment to sell prepackaged food and obtained the corresponding qualification in either Shenzhen or Guangzhou may place vending equipment in either city without having to apply for a food business qualification from the other city.

   
   
2. Shenzhen and Zhongshan
   
   

   (1)	Central Kitchen Distribution Qualification Food distributors which have a central kitchen and obtained the corresponding qualification in either Shenzhen or Zhongshan may distribute food to the catering stores (or franchise stores) in either city without having to apply for a food distribution qualification from the other city.
   (2)	Catering Management Enterprise Qualification Catering management enterprises that registered in either Shenzhen or Zhongshan may operate in the two cities. They can enjoy equal status and rights with local catering management enterprises in Shenzhen and Zhongshan.
