On 15 October 2020, Shenzhen Municipal Financial Regulatory Bureau has released a notice on its website, which requires all financial leasing enterprises registered in Shenzhen to fill in and report their basic information and relevant busines operation data through Guangdong Financial Data Reporting System (website: https://fdrs.gzclearing.com:8088) before 30 November 2020 in accordance with the Interim Measures for Supervision and Administration of Financial Leasing Companies and the relating Notice issued by Guangdong Financial Supervisory Authority. The tax filing records, social insurance records etc. since 2019 shall be reported as well. And the business license, articles of association, shareholder list, list and resume of the senior management, annual reporting information, audited financial statement for 2018 and 2019 etc. shall be uploaded.

Enterprises that fail to report and submit materials through the foregoing system or whose leased assets are zero will be regarded as abnormal operation enterprises. The enterprise shall be responsible for the authenticity, integrity and accuracy of the information and data filled in. If any false report or concealed report is found in further verification, it will be directly listed as abnormal operation enterprise or enterprise in violation of laws and regulations, and relevant punishment measures shall be taken.
