Proof of participation in the exhibition and booth size in Taiwan (such as a signed exhibition contract or exhibition registration form); |
(4) |
Proof of business cooperation with the invited unit (such as import and export declarations or contracts, etc.) or proof of cooperation potential (such as business correspondence mail, etc.); |
(5) |
A copy of the company’s business registration certificate for the applicant’s employer; |
(6) |
Document of containing the full company English name of applicant’s employer; |
(7) |
A copy of applicant’s employment certificate (which should include the name, nationality, job title, job description and employment period); |
(8) |
A copy of the Mainland Chinese professional’s passport or Mainland Residents Traveling to Taiwan Permit card; |
(9) |
A copy of the Mainland Chinese professional’s ID card; |
(10) |
Application form filled out by Mainland Chinese professional; |
(11) |
Power of Attorney; |
(12) |
Two 2-inch passport-size photos taken within the last six months (JPG file); |
(13) |
Itinerary ((which should include the address and contact information in Taiwan). |
