All fully vaccinated passengers are free to enter and exit the land control card in Singapore and Malaysia without quarantine or testing. |

All fully vaccinated travelers and children aged 12 years and below who are not fully vaccinated may be allowed to enter Singapore. They do not need to apply for entry clearance or travel by designated VTL transport. They will undergo pre-departure testing within 2 days prior to departure for Singapore, but will no longer be required to serve an autonomous notification or undergo rapid unsupervised antigen testing upon arrival in Singapore. Further adjustments to the programme will be made in response to changes in the local and global epidemic of new vaccines. |

Long-term visa holders and student visa holders aged 13 and above who are not fully vaccinated will not be allowed to enter Singapore for the time being, with the following exceptions. (i) Long-term visa holders are medically exempted from vaccination; (ii) Long-term visa holders aged between 13 and 17 years, subject to appropriate measures being taken (iii) Long-term visa holders and student visa holders with other valid entry approvals (or on humanitarian grounds). They must undergo a Pre-Departure Test (PDT/Pre-Departure Test) within 2 days prior to departure for Singapore and undergo a 7-day self-contained quarantine upon arrival, and are required to undergo a nucleic acid test on the day the self-contained quarantine period ends. |

for Singapore citizens, residents and long term visa holders who are subject to the general travel category border measures, even if they develop symptoms or test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of their return to Singapore, the rates for their treatment will remain the same as the current charging policy for new confirmed cases of neo-coronavirus in the local community (i.e. non-travelers); travelers who are not fully vaccinated will still be charged according to their unvaccinated individuals infected with New Coronavirus will be charged in accordance with the charging policy for unvaccinated individuals in the community. |

Singapore citizens, residents and long-term visa holders who are subject to restricted category border measures and who develop symptoms or test positive for COVID-19 within 7 days of their return to Singapore will be required to attend hospitals and specialized New Coronavirus treatment and rehabilitation facilities for information and payment of associated medical expenses, regardless of their vaccination status. |

Submissions of Arrival Card including health, travel history, and accommodation declarations should be done no earlier than 3 days before the arrival date. It can be submitted through Visit Singapore Travel Guide or SG Arrival Card (SGAC) e-Service. |

Take COVID-19 test within 2 calendar days before departure |
Travelers aged 2 and above should take a pre-departure COVID-19 test. They are required to present a certificate for a negative PCR test* or a negative test result memo^ for a professionally-administered ART at departure. |
PCR tests may be taken at a recognized laboratory, clinic, or medical facility designated by the government of a counterpart country/region. |

The negative test result memo should be in English and contain the date of the test, the travelers’ name, and date of birth or passport number. |

Prepare for immigration clearance |
On arrival, the visitor must present to the immigration officer: |
• Valid Air Travel Pass approval letter (electronic or physical copy) for the specified period of entry into Singapore • Valid visa (if applicable) • Electronic or physical copy of your travel insurance policy • Mobile device with the TraceTogether app downloaded and their profile registered on the app |

Please note that SIM card purchase (if needed), mobile phone rental, or purchase of SGD should be done in the airport transit area prior to clearing immigration |

Undergo COVID-19 ART test |
Visitors1 are required to undergo a supervised COVID-19 ART2 within 24 hours of arrival in Singapore at one of the Quick Test Centres (QTC) or Combined Test Centres (CTC) conveniently located across the island and within selected hotels.
Visitors who are fully vaccinated and recently recovered (within 90 days of their last infection) may be exempted from all testing and Stay Home Notice (SHN) requirements if they are able to provide documentary proof. Visitors may check if the exemption applies to them here.
Children aged two and below in this calendar year (i.e. child who has turned two this year) do not require on-arrival test. |
