What is the number of staff can return to workplace? |

Up to 75 per cent of staff can return to the workplace at any one time. Employers must enable vulnerable employees to work from home, allow them to travel to/from work at off-peak timings. The current restrictions requiring employees to work from home for at least half their working time will also be lifted. |

Is company still have to maintain split team? |

Split-team arrangements are no longer mandatory. However, employer must ensure stagger working and break hours to reduce possible congregation of employees at all common spaces. Avoid peak-hour travel - Encourage staggered start times for all employees such that at least half of all employees start work in the workplace after 10am, as far as possible. If physical meetings are needed, encourage them to be scheduled after 10 am. |
