The employee need to pay in advance. Then take his/her ID card (the ID card of the agent is required to be entrusted by others), medical insurance card, outpatient and emergency medical records, original receipts, medical history data (original and copy), in addition to the above materials, if inpatient medical expenses occur, it must provide the original and photocopy of the discharge summary, the detailed list of hospitalization medical expenses and other materials, and apply for review and reimbursement at the district and county medical insurance affairs centers in this city.
