Presenting the business license to indicate the identity of the market entity, or using the business license to authenticate and prove the identity of the market entity; 2. Handling the registration and registration business of the market entity; 3. Log in to the online system or platform as the market subject to handle various businesses and carry out business activities; 4. Log in to the national enterprise credit information publicity system to submit annual reports and independently publicize information; 5. Electronic signature of electronic documents, forms or data in the identity of market subject; 6. Disclosure of business license information and link identification on the Internet; 7. Authorization of relevant individuals or units to share, transmit or obtain their market subject data information; 8. Use and provide business license in accordance with laws, regulations and relevant provisions. The market entity may sign the data message by "electronic business license". If it meets the requirements of Article 13 of the electronic signature law, the electronic signature has the same legal effect as the handwritten signature or seal.
