For the Professional Visit Pass (PVP-MTE), a recognised sponsoring organisation must act as your sponsor and sign a personal bond document. The sponsoring organisation must be an MDEC-recognised Malaysia Digital Hub or Malaysian Research Accelerator for Technology & Innovation (MRANTI).
For the Residence Pass (RP-MTE), a Malaysian individual above the age of 21 years must serve as your sponsor and sign a Declaration Form.
