Q: How should the registration fees for company registration be paid?
A: If the application through online, fees can be paid by using a credit card, bank transfer, or a chip debit/credit card (a card reader is required). If using paper application, fees can be paid in person at the counter or by mail. If paying by mail, payment can be made using a postal money order or a cashier’s check.

Q: What documents should the recipient bring if picking up company registration documents in person?
A: The recipient must bring the original personal identification document and provide their basic personal information for verification by the registration authority.

Q: Is it possible to proceed with the company registration by myself?
A: Yes, it is possible. If the registration is entrusted to a third party, such party must be a legal accountant or lawyer.

Q: When should the appointment or resignation of a company manager be registered?
A: For an appointment, registration should be completed within 15 days of the manager starting the position. For a resignation, registration should be completed within 15 days of the manager leaving the position.

Q: Who is qualified for application of dissolution of a company?
A: In principle, the application of deregistration must be proceeded by the person responsible herself/himself (one of the legal liquidators).
