Annual Examination of Foreign-invested Enterprises for 2011 kicked off

The Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Finance, State Administration of Taxation, State Administration for Industry and Commerce, National Bureau of Statistics, and State Administration of Foreign Exchange jointly promulgated the Circular on Carrying out the Joint Annual Examination of Foreign-invested Enterprises for 2011 (the Circular), which stipulates the office period for annual examination of foreign-invested enterprises is from March 1st, 2011 to June 30th, 2011 and the annual examination will focus on operation situations of foreign invested enterprises.

In line with the Circular, the foreign-invested enterprises in the territory of China, approved to be established, filed and registered in accordance with law, who have required Legal Person qualifications, shall participate in the annual examination.
