Further to our Newsletter in August 2022, in accordance with the New Belize Companies Act, all existing international business companies must make an application to re-register upon the launch of the Online Business Registry System ("OBRS”) from 28th November 2022. Re-registered company will be issued an e-certificate with a new unique 9-digit company number.

Due to impending launch of OBRS, the Financial Services Commission will not accept any requests for incorporations services or miscellaneous services for a period from 4 November 2022 to 25 November 2022 (3 weeks).

Should there be any case for your Belize companies that needs immediate attention, please kindly let us have your instructions on or before 1 November 2022 so that the case can be handled in a timely manner.
