According to the Notice of the General Office of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Adjusting the Items Regarding the Business License Surface issued on August 25, 2022, the items on the surface of the original and duplicate business licenses of Beijing market entities are adjusted accordingly. The Notice stipulates the following relevant issues:

1. Adjustment of items recorded on the surface of business license
   
   The business licenses of companies, unincorporated enterprise, partnership enterprises, branches and other types of market entities no longer record the information items of "business period", "business term" and "partnership period", and the business licenses of partnership enterprises and sole proprietorship enterprises add the information items of "capital contribution", and the names and positions of the items in the business licenses of some types of market entities are adjusted accordingly.
   
   
2. Application of "Market Entity ID Code"
   
   Paper version of business license of all types of market entities is uniformly adding the "market entity ID code" of electronic version business license.
   
   
3. Application of Electronic Business License
   
   The registration items recorded in the electronic version business license shall be adjusted with the paper version business license. The information items obtained by the departments that interface with the electronic business license system remain unchanged.
   
   
4. Arrangement for Replacement of Business License
   
   From 1 September 2022, the registration authorities will issue adjusted business licenses to all types of market entities that require business licenses.
   
   The existing market entities may continue to use their original business licenses.
