A:
When the market entities change registered items, they shall apply to the registration authority for change registration within 30 days from the date when change resolution or decision is made or the occurrence of the statutory change item.

When the market entities change registration items that are subject to approved (pre-approval) according to law, when should they apply for change registration?
A:
The applicant shall apply to the registration authority for change registration within the validity period of the approval certificate.
