In order to further optimize the business environment and improve the efficiency of approval services and the level of government services, the Beijing Administration for Market Regulation has decided to use the electronic certificates of "Beijing Small-scale Food Production and Operation License" and "Beijing Small Food and Grocery Store Filing Card" from November 16, 2022.

Will paper certificates be issued after electronic certificates are issued? |

From November 16, electronic certificates will be issued for the application for small restaurant licenses and the filing of small food and grocery stores, and paper certificates will no longer be issued. |

Paper certificates issued before the e-certificate was activated remain valid for the duration of the validity period. |

Operators who have obtained electronic certificates do not need to submit the original of the Beijing Small-scale Food Production and Operation License or the Beijing Small Food and Grocery Store Filing Card when handling the change, renewal, deregistration or filing. |
