Yes, it is possible.

Is it possible for one shareholder in juridical person to exempt from the existence of a board of directors by designating a director instead?
A:
Yes, but the condition shall be stated at the article of association clearly.

Q:
How to calculate the government fees for registration of a company?
A:
Dividing the amount of paid-up capital by 4,000, the result less than 1,000 will be charged as the minimum amount of TWD1,000.

Q:
Is it necessary to for one shareholder in juridical person to hold a promoter meeting?
A: No, but the backside of article of association shall be stamped the company and responsible person’s chop of such juridical person to prove the article of association was compiled by such shareholder.

Q:
Is it necessary to submit the original copy of Consent to Act as Director upon the registration of company limited by shares?
A: No, only photocopy is fine.
