How Seychelles authority inspect the accounting records at registered office?
A:
From February 2022, to ensure companies have maintained reliable accounting records at registered office in Seychelles, on-site compliance inspection will be executed by Seychelles authority irregularly. Therefore, accounting records of Seychelles companies should be provided to the Seychelles’ authorities upon request.

Q:
Are there fees applicable for keeping the accounting records at registered office?
A:
Yes, the service fee for filing and keeping accounting records will be charged by Seychelles side every year.

Q:
If I want to close Seychelles company, should we keep accounting records at registered office?
A:
Even though Seychelles companies are struck off, dissolved or deregistered, they are still required to provide the outstanding accounting records to the registered office next January or next July after the date that they are struck off, dissolved or deregistered.

Q:
How long should a dissolved company keep the accounting records at registered office?
A: The company has been struck off, dissolved or deregistered must be keep the accounting records at registered office for at least 7 years from the date of strike off in Seychelles.

After we prepared all accounting records, what should I do?
