A：	Foreign PhD invited by universities, scientific research institutions and high-tech enterprises in Beijing can apply for the Confirmation Letter of Foreign High-end Talents. After obtaining the Confirmation Letter of Foreign High-end Talents, the applicant can apply for a foreign talent visa with a maximum validity of 10 years.
Q：	What qualifications should the applicant have?
