Which are the off-island duty-free stores in Hainan?
A:
The off-island duty-free stores refer to those franchises who have implemented the off-island duty-free policy. At present, these duty-free stores include: Haikou Meilan Airport duty-free store, Haikou Riyue Plaza duty-free store, Qionghai Boao duty-free store and Sanya Haitang Bay duty-free store.

Who do the off-island passengers refer to?
A:
The off-island passengers refer to domestic and foreign tourists including residents of Hainan Province, who are at least 16 years old holding valid identity documents (resident identity cards for domestic passengers, travel documents for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan passengers, and passports for foreign passengers) and who have purchased air tickets, train tickets or ship tickets to leave Hainan Island but not to exit China.

What is the amount limit of duty-free shopping per passenger per annum?
A:
The amount limit of duty-free shopping per passenger per annum is RMB100,000 with unlimited number of shopping times.

Q:
Can the purchased off-island duty-free goods be sold again in the domestic market?
A: The duty-free goods purchased belong to the final commodities used by consumers and shall not be sold again in the domestic market.

Q:
How should an off-island passenger pick up duty-free goods when purchasing them?
A: When an off-island passenger purchases duty-free goods in an off-island duty-free store (including approved online sales store) with valid ID card and travel information, he/she can pick up the goods by mail delivery in addition to picking up the goods in the designated area of the airport, railway station and wharf. If the delivery by mail is selected, the recipient, payer and purchaser shall be the shopping passenger himself, and the receiving address shall be outside Hainan Province. After confirming that the shopping passengers meet the above requirements and have actually left the island, the off-island duty-free store shall send and deliver the duty-free goods purchased by the passengers at one time.
