Company registration
Individuals planning to engage in interior decoration in Taiwan must first complete the company registration process in Taiwan. Foreign companies may also register a branch in Taiwan to conduct this business.

Applicant Qualification Requirements
To apply for an interior decoration industry license in Taiwan, the company name must include the phrase: interior decoration,” and it is necessary to have designated professional technical staff according to the following regulations:
I. For businesses engaged in interior decoration construction: at least one professional construction technician. II. For businesses engaged in both interior decoration design and construction: at least one professional design technician and one professional construction technician, or at least one individual who possesses both professional design and construction technician qualifications. |

Qualification Requirements for Professional Design Technicians
Professional design technicians must possess a Taiwanese architect certificate or a Class B (or higher) technician certificate in building interior design issued in Taiwan. Additionally, they must have participated in at least 21 hours of building interior design training conducted or commissioned by the Taiwanese Ministry of the Interior or other professional organizations within the 5 years prior to the application date and must have obtained a completion certificate for the training.

Qualifications Requirements for Professional Construction Technicians
Professional construction technicians must possess a Taiwanese architect certificate or a certificate in civil or structural engineering or hold a Class B (or higher) technician certificate in building interior renovation project management, building project managements, decorative carpentry, or furniture carpentry issued in Taiwan. Additionally, they must have participated in at least 21 hours of training in building interior renovation project management conducted or commissioned by the Taiwanese Ministry of the Interior or other professional organizations within the 5 years prior to the application date and must have obtained a completion certificate for the training.
For individuals with certificates in decorative carpentry or furniture carpentry, additional training of 40 hours and 60 hours respectively in required in areas such a concrete, metal engineering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and insulation, surface material laying, installation of glass and acrylic, painting, electrical and plumbing works, and project management.

The client confirms the commissioning of Kaizen to handle the license application matters and sends the required materials for the application to Kaizen via email. |

Kaizen prepares the necessary documents for the license application and then arranges for the client to sign the application documents (Kaizen will email the prepared documents to the client, who will sign and return them to Kaizen). |

Upon receiving the signed documents, Kaizen applies for the permit from the Taiwan Ministry of the Interior. |
(4) |
Kaizen arranges the payment of the license fee and the collection of the license. |
