Taiwan Employment Gold Card is a 4-in-1 card, combined open work permit, resident visa, ARC and re-entry permit for skilled professionals. Card holders are allowed to work in Taiwan without a work permit sponsored by an employer.

1. Service Fees
   
   Our service fee for the application of Taiwan Employment Gold Card is USD 1,200 per person. The scope of service is as below:
   
   

   (1)	Provide consultancy for the application of Taiwan Employment Gold Card.
   (2)	Reviewing the documents provided by the client.
   (3)	Assist client in preparing the documents for the application of Taiwan Employment Gold Card.
   (4)	Filling the application form for Taiwan Employment Gold Card.
   (5)	Submit the application to the Taiwan National Immigration Agency.
   (6)	Communicate with the Taiwan National Immigration Agency during the application.
   (7)	Pay the application fee for Taiwan Employment Gold Card application.
   (8)	Delivery the Taiwan Employment Gold Card to client.

   
   Kaizen service fees do not include the government fee, document translation fee and courier fee.

3. Estimated Time Frame
   
   With all the correct documentation submitted, it can take over 60 working days to complete the entire Taiwan Employment Gold Card application process. However, the actual timeline may vary depending on the specifics of each case.
   
   
4. Validity Period
   
   The validity of a Taiwan Employment Gold Card may go from 1 to 3 years, subject to the Office’s approval.
   
   
5. Required Documents and Materials
   
   

   (1)	A photocopy of the Passport of the specialized professional
   (2)	Resume of the specialized professional
   (3)	Marital status of the specialized professional
   (4)	Supporting documentation of the specific field chosen
   (5)	Resident address and contact number from home country of the specialized professional
   (6)	A passport photo of the specialized professional taken within 6-month (jpg file)
   (7)	Other documents requested by the Taiwan National Immigration Agency
   Notes:
   (1)	Documents issued by Mainland China or the designated countries shall be verified by the Taiwan representatives offices abroad.
   (2)	If the required documents are in foreign languages other than English, a Chinese or English translated version shall be provided.
