China Holiday Arrangement in 2024 Announced
The State Council released the “Circular on Part of the Holiday Arrangement in 2024” on 25 October 2023. According to the above Circular, the official holidays for year 2024 are scheduled as follows:

New Year's Day
1 January 2024 (one day off in total).

Spring Festival (Chinese New Year)
From 10 February to 17 January 2024 (eight days off in total).
4 February (Sunday) and 18 February (Sunday) are adjusted as official working days. Encourage all units to implement the system of paid annual leave and arrange employees to rest on New Year’s Eve (February 9).

Qingming Festival
From 4 April to 6 April 2024 (three days off in total).
7 April (Sunday) is adjusted as official working day.

Labour Day
From 1 May to 5 May 2024 (five days off in total).
28 April (Sunday) and 11 May (Saturday) are adjusted as official working days.

Dragon Boat Festival
10 June 2024 (one day off in total).

Mid-autumn Festival
From 15 September to 17 September 2024 (three days off in total).
14 September (Saturday) is adjusted as official working day.

National Day
From 1 October to 7 October 2024 (seven days off in total).
29 September (Sunday) and 12 October (Saturday) are adjusted as official working
