The basic requirements for the tenants in Qianhai to apply for rent subsidies include:

The company is established legally and has not been listed as abnormal;

The company is registered, operating and paying tax in Qianhai;

Business scope of the company is permitted in Qianhai;

The lease term is 3 years or more;
-
The lease size is 150 sqm or more (the lease size is 100 sqm or more for special subsidy).

What are the criteria for the tenants in Qianhai to apply for special subsidies?

A Qianhai enterprise with Hong Kong investors who hold more than 50% equity interest may apply for special subsidy if it meets the above mentioned basic requirements and one or more of the following criteria:

Set up by natural person or legal person holding Certificate of Hong Kong Service Supplier;

One of the shareholders shall be the legal organization registered and paying tax or enjoying an exemption in Hong Kong legally with more than 3 years’ operation period;
-
One of the shareholders shall be a permanent resident in Hong Kong with more than 1 year’s business operation period after setting up in Qianhai.
